Q: I successfully installed WebPagetest Monitor, but Now I see "Job Submission failed with message: WPT Monitor is not intended to be used against this instance of WebPagetest" in the jobProcessor_log.html file.

A: You need to update your WebPagetest settings/settings.ini file by changing 
 
   blockMonitor=1 
 
   to 
 
   blockMonitor=0
